Nanoos Did That

Aunt Das and Uncle Mooj sent Adam the best present last week.  They sent Adam a lawnmower.  I wasn’t sure Adam would know what a lawnmower even is (living in an apartment certainly has its advantages)

However, coincidentally just a couple weeks ago Adam got a new Mickey Mouse book and on one of the pages Mickey Mouse has a lawnmower.  Adam, when reading books sees everything and immediately asked what Mickey was doing.  Every time we read the book he would talk about Mickey’s lawnmower.  

The stars must have been aligned for Adam, we never even mentioned this to Aunt Das and Uncle Nooj but they sent this lawnmower over.  This was apparently MJ’s favorite toy when he was a kid.  The minute Adam saw it the first thing he said was- Nanoos did that! (Nanoos = Mickey Mouse.)

Even without the bubble component this lawnmower was a huge hit.  The lawnmower had to be on the couch while we read our books before bed, the lawnmower had to be in the living room when we were in there.  There were moves made to get the lawnmower in his crib but we had to draw the line somewhere. 

Today, we gathered up Adam and Malcolm, the lawnmower and the bubbles and headed over to the High Street to try out the bubbles.  Needless to say, the bubbles caused quite a stir.  Thanks Daf and MJ!!
