I really feel like these monthly updates happen every week! Time goes by so fast. But that being said from last month to this month Malcolm has changed SO MUCH!
The biggest change is Malcolm is officially a mover. I guess technically a crawler but it’s more of an upper body dragging, army crawl sort of a move. But don’t be fooled, he can move and he can move fast! Especially when it’s something he really wants, like any and all of Adam’s toys.
Malcolm is also sleeping through the night! It’s only been two nights and I’m probably jinxing myself by saying anything but after a couple long, long nights Malcolm, which means mommy and Malcolm are sleeping through the night! And he’s currently over 17 pounds! That’s 13 pounds heavier than he was when he was born.
Top five top current reasons I love Malcolm these days are:
1) His super duper chubby cheeks that are so soft to kiss! Also his super chubby little thighs.
2) He loves toys, all of them! Baby toys, Adam toys, anything he can get his hands on.
3) He loves to smile, even when he’s woken up, sick, tired. The only time he’s not smiling is when he’s hungry. Do not get in between this boy and his food!
4) He LOVES his brother. He will watch him anywhere he is. No matter what’s going on when Adam comes over to talk to Malcolm, Malcolm breaks out into a huge smile.
5) Malcolm loves the pool and swimming. He’ll stay in there forever smiling and laughing and splashing.
I couldn’t get a picture of Malcolm laying on the blanket because he kept trying to crawl over and grab the camera!
And one of this cutie who was too busy pretending to be a horse all day to take pictures!
