For Randy’s birthday we decided to make a yummy dinner and a fancy dessert. Thomas Keller is no joke! I had to whip a meringue for inside the batter.
Luckily, I had a cute helper.
It was worth all our effort and Randy loved it!
As did everyone. The cake and cupcakes were a huge success!
As was the present we got daddy!
As Adam would say- Randy we love you from Manila to New York and back again!
