I used to wonder why people would get so crazy about holidays and decorate their whole yard with huge blow up huge decorative dolls. Now that I have kids I totally get it. These two get so excited about holidays. They have been waiting to get a pumpkin for weeks now so this weekend we finally went out and found one. The Philippines doesn’t celebrate Halloween so there are not always pumpkins around. The Girl Scouts usually hold a pumpkin patch where they sell pumpkins on a front lawn, but this year there was a shortage of pumpkins. We found one in the fancy supermarket by us and were willing to pay way too much. Luckily it was on sale! Half off 🙂 so instead of 25 bucks it was only 12. It may not last until the weekend, but at least we had pumpkin carving day.
