Chirstmas Break

It feels like a long time ago, but just a few weeks ago I was able to take the week between Christmas and New Years and spent it with the boys who were off school. It was great! I had time to do all the fun stuff we’ve been wanting to do for a while and I even had time to shop by myself for a New Years dress for the party we had!
Here are some highlights.
Cuddling
Exploring the new bike path by our house.

Chalk drawing and some hopscotch thrown in.

Dino play at the Mind Museum.

Mind Museum (of course, we need to just commit to the season pass already)

Animal show (that we went back and saw three more times!) Adam has the whole thing memorized. Go ahead, ask him how many bones are in an owl’s neck.
Ball Pit

Superheroes

Active Fun

Pool Time
Lots of Wildflour brunches with our visitor Bryan, who the boys LOVED.

Back at the Animal show….

For New Years we had a party at ours for our friends and Adam and Malcolm’s friends.  At midnight Manila has more fireworks go off than I have ever seen.  We’re on the 46th floor with a good view of Manila so it seemed like the best place to drink champagne and watch the fireworks.

The boys fell asleep before midnight, so we saved some ‘champagne’ for them.  Pancakes and champers, not a bad way to bring in the New Year!

Happy 2016 everyone! Here’s hoping 2017 has as many great memories as 2016!
