The best part about the hotel was a dinner with characters. Poor Malcolm’s seat was right where all the characters came up. Every one of them came up behind Malcolm and he made this face every time. It was hysterical, mostly because it ended with him smiling and not crying once he realized who it was.
I have no idea who Duffy is, but the boys were excited to see him.
We knew this one!
Minnie was the surprise hit of the night. She was funny and spunky and the boys loved her.
And the main attraction. We weren’t allowed to touch Mickey though. I’m guessing that maybe his head fell off at some point and traumatized some children, so we dutifully obeyed the no touching rule. I didn’t want to traumatize my children with a rolling Mickey head.
The dinner was a buffet and definitely not the main attraction but seeing how excited Adam and Malcolm were made it all worth it!
The next morning we had some time before we headed back to Kate’s house. First up, breakfast -Mickey style. Mickey coffee, Mickey waffles, Mickey everything!
After a yummy breakfast we headed outside to explore the hotel. The hit of the hotel was this maze. The boys spent over an hour walking though this maze. If we ever have a yard I may need to grow one of these.
After our maze adventure we walked along the water for a while. It was so nice to be outside and thankfully George lent us some hats cause it was chilly!
Independent boy.
Their Disney experience was great! That Mickey head roll comment was LOL! Breakfast looks yummy. That garden maze can just be the solution to exercise. Great experience! It's a small world after all. 😉
