We woke up Sunday full of energy and ready for a fun day of sightseeing in Puerto Galera.
After a yummy breakfast, Adam got ready for some snorkelling.
We booked a Jeepney for the morning to take us around Puerto Galera. It was our first time in a Jeepney and we were all excited. We headed out to the Tamaraw Falls first, a waterfall.
We passed this on our way. These poor pigs!
But don’t worry, no pigs were harmed! The fire was put out with a hose and the pigs were waiting for a ride with their owner when we passed back a couple of hours later.
We arrived at Tamaraw Falls, a beautiful waterfall.
Matching hats 🙂
But, Adam found these far more interesting.
Back in the Jeepney!
Too much excitement…
We arrived at White Beach, a big sandy beach with tons of shopping. Sort of like the Jersey Shore of the Philippines.
Too much sun but wanted to show you how happy Adam was playing in the sand.
Then you guessed it, back in the Jeepney.
Some of us have major beach hair…
Then it was back to the hotel for lunch and a nap for some and pool for the rest. After getting dressed in our finest it was off to dinner.
Is there anything better than a meal by the beach after a long day in the sun? We walked over to Hemingway’s Bistrot which is in the city of Sabang.
See that canopied boat. Its a floating bar. Genius!
City of Sabang
After a yummy dinner it was home for a good night sleep after a wonderful full day. Ah vacation, how I love you.
I love the ear action with his dad while drinking his milk…
