One Month

Malcolm is a whole month old already! When did that happen. I should be used to blinking and my babies getting older since I blinked and Adam is already a full blown two year old toddler, but it still seems like it happened so fast.

It’s been different with a second baby. With Malcolm, I know just how fast time passes and am trying to soak in every little newborn second, every coo and even every midnight feeding, because I know all too soon they end and there is a little boy that is too busy running around experiencing a million things and too busy for cuddles.

Thank you Mosely four for the beautiful blanket! Its so nice for Malcolm to have something all his own!

Since we’ve been home we’ve spent loads of time cuddling Malcolm.  Adam loves his little brother which is amazing.  Downside to this is Adam has been sick this week with a fever so keeping him away from Malcolm has been challenging.  We’ve had to distract him with other fun stuff. Painting and a new grocery cart helped pass the time.

In other news, Randy made us all some delicious rice balls.  He even scrounged up some arugula for his wife, a difficult feat in Manila.

I organized Malcolm’s stuff, he’s in our room for the next couple of months so here is his dresser.

Manila in the dry season has the most amazing sunsets.  I can’t wait until we can take both of our boys out for long walks!

All in all being the mother to two amazing boys for one wonderful month has been the best thing ever!
